Cost Of Camp
Cross Bar X is committed to providing a high quality, affordable summer camp experience at a price any family can afford. Cross Bar X is committed to providing small, gender individualized camps, small camper to staff ratios, and individual camper attention. Because of our commitment to these values, the cost of running the summer camp program is higher than most traditional summer camps. The full cost of attending CBX is $400 for Falcon, Osprey, and Eagle Camps and $500 for Red Hawk.
For families that qualify, the subsidized cost of camp is $100 for Falcon, Osprey & Eagle Camps and $150 for Red Hawk Camps. Families are required to complete an income qualification form in order to qualify for this cost. Qualification for subsidized enrollment is based on 185% of the federally established poverty line for your family size.
Cross Bar X has partnered with several local Churches to provide full cost of camp scholarships for families that are experiencing financial hardship or have limited resources. Scholarships are limited to those that qualify and available on a first come, first serve basis. Determination criteria will be based on family size, need, income, and other external factors. Applications are available at www.crossbarx.org or by calling CBX at 970-259-2716.
